UScellular (USCC) is the fourth largest wireless network company in the United States. Based in Chicago, Illinois, USCC provides cellular coverage to almost five million customers across 23 states. Huge Inc. was contracted by USCC to manage current customer and acquisition communications. During this time, USCC was in the middle of a major brand update and was in the process of transitioning their services into the new 5G realm.
